Very passionate people who are not only good at what they do but also have the uncanny ability to patiently explain complex processes.
The management there is terrible. They will find reasons to terminate you, even if you were not directly involved in any specific incident.
My wife could only take a week and a half of this job. If you're a woman in quality control, protect yourself from an Asian man named "Meo" or "Mio" He offered to pay her phone bill, made odd advances that came off as flirting, wanted to pay for lunches, and made her spend over an hour with him watching a training video that never got watched.
