I used Schafer Construction to do some construction in Montclair (Oakland Hills). I got a few quotes, and these guys were the most professional overall. They did a great job and did it on time. Originally I was planning to do a deck repair, but they showed me a lot of damage I didn't realize was there, so we did a full deck replacement.
