I have 2 bearings made by this company (FAG) that needed to be replaced. The bearings are quite rare and not cheap. It is impossible to call this company and ask something - no one will answer. I sent about 6 letters to different email addresses listed on the website. A couple of days later, I received a response from one. And 4 days later, they told me that they would not be able to sell me these bearings to replace the damaged ones. If the manufacturer itself cannot help with spare parts, then who can?
