Staff was extremely unorganized. Having recieved a notification that my glasses were ready I arrived to find my lenses in the wrong frame, easy fix really. Unfortunately, one lense was stuck in the frame they informed that their optometrist was at lunc atm. After waiting a few minutes and driving back to my house they called informing to come in and check my frames. Awesome place! Great customer service and quick turnaround for eyewear
Staff was extremely unorganized. Having recieved a notification that my glasses were ready I arrived to find my lenses in the wrong frame, easy fix really. Unfortunately, one lense was stuck in the frame they informed that their optometrist was at lunc atm. After having trouble getting the right contact lenses fit from a different establishment, it was recommended by several that I come here. Not only did they listen to the prior issues I had with wearing contacts , they succeeded in getting the perfect fit on the first visit. My followup visit couldn't have gone better, the super sweet Dr discovered a small stye forming and decided to aggressively treat it with an antibiotic before it became a problem. I will be back to see Dr. Morris. She and Christine took great care of me!
