Eric and Kathy did a professional job handling our closing and some very tricky negotiations with a difficult listing broker and seller. Our (buyers) broker completely “withdrew” from the deal 1 week before closing, as she could not handle the tough negotiations. However, Eric offered to step in and saved the day.
