We had a bird build a nest in our dryer vent, blocking the airflow completely. The technician came out the same day, removed the nest, and installed a protective guard on the exterior vent to prevent it from happening again. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and solved the problem quickly. The dryer works perfectly now. I’m very grateful for their prompt response and expert solution.
