We do not live in the area...and were getting married at Grand View Lodge (right down the road) and realized we needed a birthday cake and anniversary cake for some people at our wedding. I called end of the week and Schaefer's was able to put together a delicious birthday cake for all the kiddos attending the wedding...red velvet with the best frosting!
