Had rear brakes and rotors replaced on 2015 jeep.Cost $395.89. Checked 4 other repair shops. Their cost $258-$266 out the door. How can a $140 over charge be justified ? Parts at auto zone $120 so labor and tax cost $275 REALLY!!!

Welcome to Chaefer's Service. Mike charged my son $302 to change spark plugs in a 4 cylinder VW Jetta. The best made up charge was $15 to dispose of the 4 old spark plugs. I’ve been going here for years for inspections and other things but never again. This place used to have good prices but that’s no longer the case. Avoid being sore and chafed back there and don’t give your business to Michael Chaefer’s Service. Enough said.
