We cannot be happier with the quality of and service on our Schaefer 375. We took delivery about 9 months ago, have 140 hours on her, and love her. Nils, the US President, is fantastic, as are Mike (head of service) and Amber (our sales person). They’ve sent service people to Naples from the West Coast for warranty items and have arrangements with great local service providers that are responsive and fantastic! We bought a two year old Schaefer 303 in 2023. It's a beauty. Any time I had a question or needed information, they were responsive and very helpful. Recently, the CO2 detector had reached its life expectancy (these only last about 5 years) and my concern was that it was hard-wired and bypassed the house battery switch. They confirmed that thought and walked me through the best way to resolve it. Mike and Ivan went over and above with their top notch customer service. Highly recommended.
