Didn’t do anything but respond to an email every now and then, giving “info” and leaving a slip of paper “application” without a notice until MONTHS later. Improper work done in these properties. Get ‘er done or GET out; it’s what their motto should be! They just want your money, don’t be fooled. Do not rent from Northwood Loop, or Schaufer Properties. They are nothing but money hungry.
