I am writing today to just warn those out there that have been long time customers of Schaefer. They used to be a fantastic company but now that they have become a much larger company I would not use them. There used to be a lovely lady that answered the phones and booked our appointments, I am not sure where she has gone to, but the new staff, IE: Nicole is not helpful at all.
