Very peaceful residential property in a door-staffed building, but one of the buildings lacks a first floor bathroom. This is atypical for buildings I’ve lived in across the USA, but perhaps common in New York City. I docked some stars, because I believe this is regressive and unmodern (an accessibility gap, some could say).
Mike Mariseno has been doing an awesome job as resident manager here at 440 Kent. He has transformed the building like no other RM before!
