Seem like a great place to work but they are very best around the bush when you ask for a honest answer about if they hire medical patients was told they would make a small change in the policy 🤣 to accommodate Medical patients. They say there not like Amazon or FedEx because they won't hire medical patients like FedEx and amazon will. Other wise looks like a great place to work if your straight edge or like to drink or smoke cigs but God forbid you have a medical card

Great place to work! The owner and managers all connect with the employees to show that they care about their product(s) and working conditions to provide a great work flow without over working like most manufacturers do. Since I'm a former employee and know how the company operates I have to say that if I had a business that required any sort of ceramic funnels or cups Schaefer Industrial would be my go to place for product.
