This is the second house my wife and I built so we had a pretty good understanding of the processes involved. We've now been in our new house for 2 years. Erich Schaefer and his team did an excellent job from start to finish. Was everything perfect? No, but the commitment to make sure there was follow-up on a problem and that it was taken care of is what makes a great GC. What impressed us was the "hands on" by Erich.
