Very disappointed with Schaefer’s Autobody. They did not complete the repair job. When I addressed the concern with the car at time completion (when payment was made), they advised if anything comes up after we left the shop they would take care of. Well the item that I was concerned about came up and when I reached out, they told me to go the dealer (because I had paid and closed out the work order). They had the car for a month, they could have completed the repair correctly at the dealership. Now they want me to contact t... read more
