The staff at Schaefer was excellent throughout! Brandon, specifically, was excellent as both vehicles were taken care of.
Schaefer gets 2 stars only because they did remove the hail damage from my 2025 Equinox—but the overall experience was frustrating, unorganized, and unprofessional. I originally contacted them for hail damage and a cracked windshield. The woman who answered the phone was polite and got me in quickly. However, the glass company they referred me to never returned my call. When I followed up, they still hadn’t arranged the glass repair. Professional, polite, and prompt. They honor warranty work and parts. JD is an absolute hoss!
The repair looks great and I had no doubt it would. Sorry to say though there is white sanding dust on the passenger seat. I still would take it back for any future repairs.
