Repairs were delayed because three replacement doors arrived damaged and there were a lot of cars they had to fix with hail damage. Went above and beyond by far. Brandon and Amanda were amazing to work with.
Had my car for over two weeks did nothing no communication blamed insurance . Insurance paid them over a month ago
This is my 3rd time going to Schaefer, but my first time going to this location. Like the other locations this gets 5 stars. They kept me informed every step of the way which was nice. They were done FIVE days earlier than estimated and the car looks like new. Shout out to Brandon for answering all my questions and keeping me in the loop. Shout out the to the technicians for a job well done. Whatever they’re getting paid GIVE THEM A RAISE!
