Great to work with and did a fantastic job!
I did not receive adequate service from Schaefer Autobody. Upon arrival, I was ignored by the receptionist, who appeared distracted on her phone and did not acknowledge me when I gave my name. She only looked up briefly when handing me the paperwork and reluctantly turned her phone off. Several staff members were also behaving unprofessionally, making loud and inappropriate jokes that created an unwelcoming atmosphere. Very friendly! The office staff are so kind and helpful. The guys did a great job and my car looks like new with no sign of my fender bender. My technician was very kind and I appreciated everyone there. It was actually a good experience which happened because of a bad experience. These are the kind of people that balance our lives. I'm very grateful.
