My vehicle was rear-ended and Schaefer was recommended to me. All the questions I had were answered completely. Everyone was very courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. Sadly, my car was totaled but I have no doubt that all repairs would’ve been done promptly with the same excellent service. Highly recommend.
I have looked at some of these reviews and I’m rather surprised because I did not have this kind of experience whatsoever. Basically, I took my car in because my wife was rear-ended and we are going through the other party’s insurance (State Farm). Schaefer Autobody was listed as one of their preferred shops.
