We had such a great experience with Schaefer auto body. In the end our vehicle was deemed a total loss by insurance. But the customer service with Schaefer, especially Michael, was great. 10/10 recommend them and will be using them again if ever needed☺️
They fixed it faster
If you are unfortunate to have to use an autobody repair shop, Schaefer Autobody is the place you'll want to go. I can't say enough about how professional and kind the individuals I interacted with were. They sent, at the least, 2 texts a week keeping me updated on the progress of the repairs, which I really appreciated. When my vehicle was ready to be picked up, they explained what they completed and told me if I noticed anything I didn't like, please give them a call.
