This is a great business! While no one wants to have body work done to their car, Schaefer made it as pleasant and easy as possible with excellent communication at all levels from the estimate to the completed repair. They also took all hassle away regarding anything with insurance. Their staff (from front desk to back repair team) are knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly recommend them if you need repair work done to your car.
Always kind and helpful. Feel like I get honest answers about my vehicles. When work is done (car not totaled) it’s done well and I’m always kept in the loop in regards to the work on the vehicle as well as communication with the insurance company.
