Schaefer is always my #1 go to repair shop. I have had hail damage repaired, a parent hit my car in the school parking lot, and was hit on the way to see my parents. All three times I was met with kindness and professionalism. Work was completed with care and my vehicle looks beautiful. Want great work done. Schaefer is the place to go.
Fantastic work done on time. It was a seemless experience as they dealt with insurance directly after the initial estimate to fix my car.

Staff was polite and communicated with me but my car was originally supposed to be in shop for 2-3 weeks and end up taking 7-8 weeks. Timeline kept getting pushed multiple times in a week and it seemed like there was a disconnect between staff and the mechanics as I never got a clear answer when it will be done.
I can't say enough great things about Schaefer. They really went above and beyond to repair my car. They were continually in touch with me about the progress and extremely easy to work with.
