Very pushy about undergoing unnecessary procedures, and the place had a very "come behind this curtain where we can safely harvest your organs" feeling to it. Not to mention the papers they give you to fill out for a first time visit were filled with very intrusive questions such as your SIN number (for "accounting" purposes).
