When buying our house, the home inspection (Feb) uncovered that the original furnace was leaking CO, so the current owner immediately had a new furnace installed that night by Schaafsma. When we took possession of the house end of March we were given a shoebox of papers/manuals for the appliances. In the box was a letter from Schaafsma with a footnote saying that the furnace had yet to be inspected. We called the city mechanical inspector who came out early July.
