He is too busy for anyone and he doesn't take very much time with you. The office is dirty, the front desk people are rude and unhelpful. One lady was talking to a family member while people waited.

previously seeing the partner MD that retired (WE SAW AS A FAMILY WITH 7 kids for many) replacement doc quit, the staff had an office person fired, drama. I changed a tire with my broken arm (broke 3 weeks before this appt) after only being to partners office once previous never late before. I love the caring in this office from the Doctor to the staff. Very glad I found him, I was on a search for a good Doctor after mine had retired it took me two years and 4 different Doctors, very happy I found him.
Dr Schaaf is wonderful! He really listens to his patients and is very down to earth and easy to talk to. We wouldn't have left, but our insurance changed and we were forced to.
