Hands down the best Gym I’ve ever belonged to! No matter who you are or where you are at physically you are welcome here. Super clean, professional, friendly, and an awesome community. Mind-Body connection is very much a part of the philosophy, which = true strength.
After a 6 year hiatus off CrossFit I was a little nervous about starting back up... I tried a few other gyms/boxes but didn't click that well with them. From day 1 SCG felt like home! I'm loving the programming, coaching, people, vibe.. gym is spacious, clean, and complete. So glad to be back at it!
