I can’t say enough about this place. I used to be in the big conglomerate Gyms and after coming to SCG fitness I feel like I found home. There’s usually 10 to 15 people in the class with lots and lots of personal attention to the participant. If you can’t do something because you’re not physically able to they modify the exercise and give you something much more comfortable that you can do. Hands down the best Gym I’ve ever belonged to! No matter who you are or where you are at physically you are welcome here. Super clean, professional, friendly, and an awesome community. Mind-Body connection is very much a part of the philosophy, which = true strength.
After a 6 year hiatus off CrossFit I was a little nervous about starting back up... I tried a few other gyms/boxes but didn't click that well with them. From day 1 SCG felt like home! I'm loving the programming, coaching, people, vibe.. gym is spacious, clean, and complete. So glad to be back at it!
