Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere for your flooring needs. My experience has been horrible. I hired Scerri Floors in 2018 to replace existing wood floors with new maple engineered hardwood floors. After I moved in, the floors in my bedroom started to buckle. Joe Scerri blamed it on the sub floor for which he insisted on charging me $1k extra to prepare. RecommendedWe have worked with Joe twice -- once (years ago) to repair/restore prewar parquet floors, and more recently (2018) to replace the floors throughout our entire apartment, including replacing the subfloor. Joe Scerri and his team are real professionals. The quality of their work is top notch and they are fantastic to work with, to boot. On time, courteous, knowledgeable and honest. We've worked with Joe and his team on two projects to date, both of which involved challenging work under unusual (and somewhat hurried) circumstances, and they delivered both times.
