Scentsy products are absolute junk! I purchased a plug in burner and literally a minute after it was turned on I heard a pop and smoke coming out of the light bulb socket. I pulled out the plug immediately. I contacted the Scentsy rep I bought it from and she has been more than helpful but the people above her are worthless! They will not do anything about the burner and basically said to order a new one! Seriously? I feel a potential lawsuit down the road if something happens with someone else’s burner and they fail to reme... read more
