After purchasing two of their wooden wick candles at Marshall's, I was under the impression that these candles crackle like fireplaces for an auditory effect. This brand does not. When I brought this fact to their attention on Facebook messenger, here is the flip reply that I received from these people. Extraordinary staffing. Quick loading time. Slide tandem before backing into dock. Only one dock for loading. Second driveway for truck entrance.
The product is okay..like 3/10..but the owners are unbearable foul mouthed blowhards who treat people poorly. 0/10 as people.
