Did everything perfectly.
They need a new groomer, theirs doesn’t listen at all. The front desk person was very nice and took notes but I’m guessing by the way my dog was returned the groomer ignored them all. I sent my shihtzu there with clear instructions, pictures and everything. He had inches of hair all over his body, long ears and a beard. The instructions were to NOT touch his ears and face at all, trim his body lightly and fluff it out.
