After visiting 2 other ENT docs that I wasn't happy with,I was recommended to this doc and he was wonderful. Although pretty far from my home it was worth the drive.
Dr. Friedman is always amazing and knowledgeable.
It is darn near impossible to reach someone outside the Call Center. I have tried 4 times over 3 days to return a phone call. I have been given multiple different numbers and extensions to reach the individual needed. Nothing! If it wasn’t for the quality of care from Dr. V, I would’ve left the practice a while ago. I’ve waited MORE THAN AN HOUR after my appointed time. The doctor makes it worth it….I think.
My request to see a specific doctor for possible MASTOIDITIS, that my primary physician recomended was ignored because Dr Freeman wouldn't release me from his care as I saw him when I had an earache last summer, no issues with the ear. I now 8 DAYS LATER, FINALLY GOT A CALL FROM THEM! Bottom line, THEY REALLY DON'T CARE!
Dr V was wonderful! HOWEVER the staff especially Jazmine the surgery scheduler. So unorganized or having the ability to explain and guide or communicate politely. My sons surgery was rescheduled due to office not obtaining prior auths or signatures from me. THEN the day of surgery told I have to pay $1077 out of pocket or he cannot have the surgery.
