Loved my Botox and loveddddd the staff. Omg. Such an awesome office.
My son (18) went in for an office visit. They did exam and looked up his nose. After he was done the front desk said looking up his nose was $400 and insurance only pays $100.there was no concern or telling him it was extra. It suppose to be an office copay ?!?!. They refused to let him leave unless he paid right there. He asked to b billed and they refused. Reading the reviews they love to overcharge people horrible buisness practices. I will be reaching out to dept consumer affairs and med board. Totally unethical
Dr. Friedman is the absolute best, hands down. He knows what he’s talking about and doesn’t beat around the bush. He’s helped me so much with my chronic sinus infections when no other doctor was able to, and he helped my kiddo as well when other doctors couldn’t. Super grateful for Dr. Friedman and SCENT!
After visiting 2 other ENT docs that I wasn't happy with,I was recommended to this doc and he was wonderful. Although pretty far from my home it was worth the drive.
