UPS lost my order and scent fill fixed it immediately. Also sent me a pen with my name engraved. Customer service is best of the best and the scents (peppermint) smells AMAZING! I ditched plug ins due to toxic fragrance a while ago and this has been the perfect replacement. I do not get headaches from it either which is a huge plus.
Love my plug in scents! I ordered Sweet Rose and Basil and Juniper Woods. Nice, natural scents. I plan on ordering a couple more plug ins and scents for other parts of the house. Extra nice bonus was the personalized pen that arrived with my order!! Love supporting clean, natural products and local small businesses as my husband and I are Florida natives. I've already passed on the word to my daughter, sister and friends.
