Go someplace else the crooks
I have been coming here for years. I go to the SCV location. I have seen all of the providers. They are all great, My family goes here as well. I would highly recommend them for ENT services. This comes from someone that runs a medical practice as well.
I understand why doctors charge office visits for appointments canceled at the last minute. But what about doctors offices who make appointments for patients, clients, victims but they fail to put the appointment in the computer? When the patient/victim does not drive, arrangements have to be made for transportation when they live 35 miles away. WooBoo! Good grief, I hope everyone who is trying to get hearing aids, are not having the problems I am having!! Santa Clarita ENT called last week to let me know that the hearing aids that they had to Re-Order had arrived. I’m dancing and shouting WOOHOO! That is until yesterday’s appointment!! The first set that was ordered, I got a bill for $2200.00 when the pair I chose was within the insurance’s covered price. Bill showed $4,100 EACH! Oops! Like other users have noted, they keep your credit card on file and charge you for no reason. I was overcharged to my card and I have spent six months trying to get a refund. IF you can get ahold of billing, they say they will refund you because of their mistake, but they never do. Billing never answers the phone at it mostly goes straight to a full voicemail box. I have already complained to my insurance provider to get them removed from the providers authorized list.
