Went on a Saturday after feeling bad for quite some time. Wait time for an urgent care was very expedient. Staff was very personal. Joe my PA was attentive listening to my discussion of what was going on with my personal health. He recommended some testing on several things besides normal blood work. Prescribed me a medication that he thought may get me feeling better. Labcorp is right there for bloodwork and pharmacy too. Joe called this week to follow up. Very satisfied with my treatment. Feeling much better.
Horrible urgent care!!! Incompetent staff, non-responsive. Save your time, your money, and go anywhere else! You’d be better off with a medicine woman in woods than going here!
If I could give 0 stars I would their is only 1 good Dr in this place and that is George. If you see Joe is going to be your Dr run. I have called and complained twice giving them opportunity to talk to me and fix this before leaving this review but they didnt. Joe went to look my sons ears but my son was starting to get agitated. He said I dont have to look in his ears he proceeds to tell me oh hes smacking at his ear thats good enough for me to give antibiotics he wasnt even going to look.
