Quick to get in, even faster evaluation and dismissal from the office. I should have taken the hint after the medical assistant said "she'll be in quick, she's fast with her patients." Provider walks in, tells me what she's prescribing me without even looking at what I believed to be an infection. They overlooked all of my other symptoms and, consequently, resulted in a 10 hour ER stay that same day. Turns out acute severe back pain accompanied by a high grade fever is an emergency with a prexistent infection.
I read so many scary reviews of the urgent cares in Mount Airy that I decided to go to Senic Urgent Care. I got taken care of immediately, Melissa and George were very caring and took excellent care of me. Thank you.
I have been here several times over the years. They are professional and knowledgeable as well as caring about each individual. Convenient hours and a pharmacy on site. I would highly recommend for any medical attention you may need.
