I had an absolutely terrible experience with Scenic Towing. After being stranded in a parking lot about 25 minutes from home with my 1-year-old, I called for service and was given an ETA. They confirmed twice that a driver was on the way, so 1 waited patiently. Over two and a half hours later, no one ever showed up.Instead of arriving, the service was suddenly canceled with no explanation at all. No phone call, no update, nothing. The service was quite helpful and efficient. The worker was quite friendly and solved the solution to my locked car very quick.
Unfortunately, on Saturday, I ran over something and got two flat tires. I knew that I would need a flatbed to pick up my Jeep and transport it to a tire company. So I called scenic towing because of yelp and the fact that they were in Modesto. They were able to get the flatbed tow truck to my location in about 40 minutes. They then transported my Jeep to a local tire company and I was been busy doing tire shopping . The tow truck driver Oscar was so helpful and gentle with my car when it was stuck on the side of the freeway he even gave me some insight on what could be wrong with it and he was right. He also was very gentle and helpful on getting my car in my parking stall at my apartments. Would always recommend
