Unfortunately, on Saturday, I ran over something and got two flat tires. I knew that I would need a flatbed to pick up my Jeep and transport it to a tire company. So I called scenic towing because of yelp and the fact that they were in Modesto. They were able to get the flatbed tow truck to my location in about 40 minutes. They then transported my Jeep to a local tire company and I was been busy doing tire shopping . The tow truck driver Oscar was so helpful and gentle with my car when it was stuck on the side of the freeway he even gave me some insight on what could be wrong with it and he was right. He also was very gentle and helpful on getting my car in my parking stall at my apartments. Would always recommend
Tow never came after 4 hours. No proactive update from dispatch. Ridiculous.
I called them to inquire about an odd situation where I needed a tow with a specialized trailer. They were willing to go to the location and see if they could do it. With in 15 min they were there and helping to figure out the situation. The driver was so polite and helpful. They were amazing to work with.
These people work with Modesto police dept to steal your car. It's rackteering plain and simple. The storage charge is criminal in its self. On Yelp I asked how long they held the city contract and I got a notice that my review was taken down due to my question was inflammatory. I call it a violation of the 1st amendment. Corruption.
