I really do not appreciate the use of shame and guilt tactics into trying to sell a subscription service. Especially after saying no multiple times. I thought it was a one off bad sales tactic a couple months back and decided to come back again. it seems to not have changed. Went through as usual and ended up with severe scratches on the back of my car. Car was still dirty on the back as well somehow lol. Must’ve been one dirty car that went right before or they don’t maintain their car wash. Have never had this issue at a car wash before.
