The Dalton location refuses to answer their phones to assist with anything customer service related. This is after I went for a wash and the employee would not stop harassing me to get a membership to the point where the only way to get him to leave me alone was to agree to it. Now they won't even answer to provide assistance.
Got my car really clean and great employees. Guy named Colton was really nice about selling the membership but I had to decline. Great wash will be back!
I hate this place. I have the highest membership and they almost always give me another wash. The people at the tunnel entrance almost never clean the back of my truck. Why do they have them there? The vacuum cleaners are always clogged. The owners should do something about their business.
