The wife & I bought a used 2010 Subaru from J&R Auto in State Road, NC, that came with a three month warranty that was supposed to 100% cover major mechanical flaws. After a few weeks of driving, the car would frequently cut off when it stopped. Against our better judgment, we took it to the nearest dealership (good 'ol Scenic Subaru) for warranty service. It was a great experience buying our new Subaru Legacy at Scenic Subaru. Kenny Vaughn was so easy to work with, and very helpful. No high pressure sales tactics like we had at dealers in WS!! And much better allowance on our older car, than those other dealers. We love our new car! We highly recommend making the drive to Mt. Airy. The difference is worth it!
Dustin Montgomery was a pleasure to work with. He was friendly, helpful, professional and willing to go the extra mile to find what we needed. The entire experience was pleasant and we are loving our Subaru Forester!
