My old faithful AU falcon was hit while parked on the street one night, not worth fixing the body work but there was one issue. The guard was rubbing on the wheel. Took it in to scenic smash and they were nice enough to pull it back a bit for free even when I offered to pay. Absolute legends. Made me feel a bit better after a very shitty situation.
This place is absolutely amazing. I brought in an older car (2006) which had the front smashed in, it was not safe to drive and they went above and beyond to make it so I could open and close the bonnet and leave safely. They said there wasn’t much point to fixing it as it would be worth more than the car was worth itself but didn’t stop them from making it safely drivable. On top of that as they weren’t actually fixing or replacing anything they didn’t charge me for this service - even when I offered. I’m extremely grateful... read more
