We had 2 of our 3 AC units go out in our 2022 Vilano. I called Scenic RV and Brian came out in less than an hour. They were under warranty and Scenic RV was able to get it covered quickly and Brian and two of his colleagues showed up in the early afternoon and had them both replaced with newer models and did an incredible job. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would!!!
While vacationing in Rockport last week we experienced a leak behind our toilet. Due to physical limitations we are unable to take care of these repairs ourselves. Brian and Amy wend out of their way to get to us quickly and fix the problem efficiently and professionally. They are awesome to deal with and even got one of our drawers unstuck when I wedged a pair of tongs in there. I cannot say enough nice things about this company. They are awesome and so appreciated. AWESOME owners n service!!!! Called at 1230 on Good Friday n Amy said he would be here around 3. Brian was here at 2 diagnosed n at 5 Amy had called back to say he would be back tomorrow bet 1030 n 1130 to install the new unit. And he was!!! If I could rate them a 10, I would. Knowledgeable, courteous n a big Huge smile! So.....nice. Had me cool in no time. Can't thank them enough.
If you need work done on your RV. This is the place to call. Our A/C went out on our RV. Called them up and Brian came out within 2 hours. The next day he put in a new A/C for us. Amy was great also. Very reasonable prices. We will definitely use them again if needed.
Brian with Scenic RV Repair has been amazing every time we have used them over the last several years. He always comes quickly if there is an emergency repair needed and if not it is scheduled and gets the work done quickly and efficiently. He is knowledgeable and knows how to solve the problem quickly. This time he repaired our Swinteck slide that was coming apart. Went quick and easy.
