Outages can happen for many reasons. Power has always been restored in as timely a manor as could be expected. Great people! Great service!!
We have a summer home near Lynxville which we use about 5-6 months a year. We would like to have power shut off from Nov thru March because they charge us facilities charges of $40.00/month or $200.00 a year when electricity isn't in use. They told me there is a $75.00 charge to reconnect electricity if you cancel it for that time period, but then also told me that they would go back and charge another the facilities charge too. So far they have treated me fairly and were very helpful setting up our account after we bought the new place in seneca.
This company has the worst track record for not only keeping the power on but when it goes out it goes of for extremely long periods.
