I was very blessed to have Scenic Ford associate Dennis Shopshear to help me with the purchase of my car. He was very knowledgeable, and patient, when answering my many questions. As well as being courteous, and kind, from the first day test drive to making sure I had a ride back to the dealership on the day of purchase. He is truly an asset to his profession!

Went in for a recall issue and simple oil change, both items were assessed quickly and efficiently. I should mention the mechanic doing the service notice bolts missing from my oil pan from the last oil change(different location), the mechanic found bolts to fit the pan free of charge and explained how dangerous this could have been, we will frequent this business from now on.
