beware these people are skummy slum lords and they watch you 24/7 you can never have guests without being harassed they are not a family friendly park and if you late with rent they will give u a 3 day eviction notice forse you out of your home for wya less than it's worth just to triple their money these people look for reasonsto make u move out without real reason
Quiet mobile home park large spaces and very well managed and maintained. Manager on site. Water is pure and not chlorinated and septic are running perfect and pets are controlled and Management is pretty strict on new applicants so Park is safe as it can be.
