Terrible service. Broken promises, waiting ages to get served as no one around. Even rang them to confirm car was ready and was told 30 minutes, but when I arrived to collect was told its still anothe hour at least. EDIT: Ended up being another 2.5 hrs wait...... They have lost me as a customer. No concept of customer service at all.
