Dropped the car off for a service at 9am, was asked if I wanted to wait in the customer service area. Asked how long it was going to take. "A couple of hours." No problem, I'll head off and have some breakfast. Came back at 3:30 pm. and was told that the car would be another 30 - 45 minutes. One hour later, and it is still not ready. If you have alternatives for your car servicing, take it and avoid this place.
