Application process was relatively quick, move in went smoothly. A few minor issues but they were fixed right away. Maintenance requests are taken care of fairly quick. Rules in place make it a peaceful place to reside. No issues with excessive noise or unpleasant neighbors. The inside of the townhouse is new and very physically appealing.
This place is something else I can’t get maintenance out to fix the problems that goes against code someone keeps taking my trash can and will not return it instead of resolving the problem they want me to pay monthly for a new trash can when they can send out a email to the residents to tell em to return it it’s about 90 degrees in the apartment no ac no ceiling fan I can’t keep living like this the least they can do is provide a ac or have central air what throws me off is there is central heat but no air?
