I received an Abies Procera (noble fir) from a friend for a Christmas gift. The seedling didn't even make it to Christmas. Did exactly what directions stated. Not even a 1 star rating.
I purchased bare root strawberries. None of them grew. I requested a refund which I did not receive.
I ordered a lilac plant which was delivered in May. It was very well packed in a good container. I replanted it but have seen absolutely no sign of growth - not a single leaf or axillary bud has emerged in over six months. The owner has answered my emails contemptuously and has refused any replacement or redress.
