RecommendedWe booked ahead to avoid the waite on a very crowded sunday. Our pilot Kalae was great and very experienced. He had a lot of flight time having flown in Hawaii as well as Myrtle Beach South Carolina before flying in the Smokies. We had a great conversation about helicopters while in the air since I work for a helicopter ambulance service. We cant leave out the very important ground crew.
