My daughter's wedding was May of this year and she also has not received anything. She paid Matthew Lane ("the owner") in full. Its like he fell off the earth. All his websites (including Facebook)are gone and We are also going to be getting a lawyer involved. I can't believe he would do something like this!! Do not use this company!!!!!!!!!!
DO NOT TRUST THEM!! My wedding was five months ago and I STILL have not receive my pictures.... He has completely upped and left, I cannot get in touch with him at all. I plan on getting a lawyer and the police involved TODAY.
Brides BEWARE!!! A picture that Matthew took at my wedding reception of Union Station welcomes you on their Facebook page. It is a great picture to market his "craft" and it is nice to see that someone's getting use out of the work he did, because two months after my wedding, I still do not have any pictures for MY personal use. I have called and emailed for the last two weeks with no response. At this point I'm thinking I will never receive the thumb drive with my final product, which was paid for in full!
Scenic Embrace was an absolute pleasure to work with. Matthew, Jason and Jessica made our Wedding photography a brilliant work of art. While working with Scenic Embrace we found that all of the photographers were always in great spirit. These photographers have a great knowledge and skill of this trait.
