I found the sales person, very polite and knowledgeable
$54.05 to rotate 4 tires on an SUV seems excessive. Nice, friendly folks but maybe it is time to shop around for reasonable pricing.
Worst service department I've ever delt with. Appointments are meaningless. They will hold your vehicle hostage for days and not even begin to work on it. Each warranty issue required me coming back at least twice any they were only able to fix two of the four issues. Drive the extra distance to another dealership and avoid this place at all cost.
