We suspected a gas leak in the house and called the emergency line. Dominion promptly sent a technician out to check everything. The leak was found and the remedy was suggested. The tech Ray was very professional, you guys have a great employee. Thank you Ray!
Worst service ever
Third time check not received for payment. No one can tell you what is happening. Again this month my invoice arrives with “no payment received last month. Phoned “high volume will call me back”. Rang once I answered and you hung up. You called back 5 minutes later I picked option one ready to accept call no response just recording with same options playing over and over. Unhappy Thanksgiving. I am at my parents for Thanksgiving and around 5am the power went out. About 7:30 am my mom called and was told someone hit a pole and the lights should be back on by 9am. At 9am she was told she was told 11am and at 10:30she was told noon. Hard to finish Thanksgiving dinner with no lights. And it is cold this morning.
Don’t every get a home with dominion we stay near all joy and I swear a little bit of rain and for some reason we are the only ones without power for hours on end
