Called about our washer on a Thursday and the man who answered my call said it would be first of week before he could get to it and I said that would be fine. I didn t receive a call so I called again on Wednesday of the following week and did not receive an answer. I politely left my name and number and never heard from them. I realize it was a small repair but it is just professional courtesy to respond to a potential customer inquiry.
He is cheaper than the rest, and does great work.
I was recently shopping at this Sears location when a woman with dark hair that was right above her shoulders who worked there came out of the womens section and started yelling at me for no reason! I am an african american male and when i told her i didnt need any help she said i thought you may need help because your an "N____" to my face. I couldnt believe it and she kept getting up in my face and then she kept following me for no reason. She was bullying me for absolutely no reason and i was going to buy something there ... read more
