This branch is ok. They're helpful inside, it's the customer service and fraud dept that need a shake up. Do business with SCE FCU if you want to resolve your own claims and if your looking for somewhere safe to store your money, I would say a coffee can would be safer than here. I wish someone from corporate would reach out to me so I can express some real concerns, if you call customer service they'll just keep pushing you around the small circle of employees they have working there not letting anything escalate to anyone ... read more
This particular branch is wonderful but the bank itself is horrible. I would not recommend this bank. Go to America first or navy federal
