Long wait in drive thru
Tried getting a loan for 3 months and after I was approved I was told I was getting a call back in 30-60 minutes 7 DIFFERENT TIMES, no call back for processing and scheduling EVER! If you want a loan you have to go to a teller and convince them to help you! Absolutely ridiculous way to operate a credit union. Not only did the teller not know what she was doing but she was rude to me and laughing at the top of her lungs on the phone with the “processor” the entire time. By far one of the worst banks I've ever banked with.I have a commercial account there.And they treat me like I don't matter, and my money is illegal.They put a six day hold on fifty to sixty to seventy thousand dollars and not care whether I got payroll or not. I will be taking my money out of this bank and putting it in truist who gives me four percent interest.
