There lack of services are annoying. Wont notarize all types of documents and do not have on site card printer in case of loss or theft. I will most certainly be closing my account once I find a suitable replacement.
Emma at the Lake Washington office is very sweet, super professional and very helpful. She took her time with my mother and me, answered all of our questions and helped us get the changes done to our accounts that we needed. I would definitely ask for her if I needed to do business there.
Trying to open an account was a frustrating and disappointing experience. Because accounts aren’t handled at the branch level, the process was inefficient and poorly supported. Most concerning was the clear lack of interest in earning our business. We ultimately chose a different bank that values and prioritizes its customers.
