Emma at the Lake Washington office is very sweet, super professional and very helpful. She took her time with my mother and me, answered all of our questions and helped us get the changes done to our accounts that we needed. I would definitely ask for her if I needed to do business there.

Trying to open an account was a frustrating and disappointing experience. Because accounts aren’t handled at the branch level, the process was inefficient and poorly supported. Most concerning was the clear lack of interest in earning our business. We ultimately chose a different bank that values and prioritizes its customers.

Been banking with space coast for a very long time and its the best bank ive delt with. Not sure what issues most of you have had but maybe change your attitude towards them and you could possibly get a better response. In all the years I've banked with them and at this particular bank, ive never had any issues. Don't show up there to handle your business within their closing time, its small branch as most of yall can see but you people expect giant branch outcomes. So who's really the problem here🤷‍♂️.
