From an outside perspective looking at my mothers final results of her hair. I was a bit disappointed and surprised that it took 8 hours in total from 9am to 4pm. My question is why didnt they inform her in advance about the time frame it would take for the final results with the type of service she had requested in detail. From my personal perspective i felt there wasn’t clear communication from the hair stylist if the type of time frame would be an option for her, especially if she had other things planned that day.
